Our private equity fund’s convenience retail portfolio is managed by a team with decades of experience owning properties in the convenience sectors.

The Humphreys relationship with QuikTrip can be traced to a Wichita, KS acquisition in 1971, which expanded to include 31 stores on triple-net leases which provided the foundation for our income-producing strategy. Over time, many of these properties have been scraped and rebuilt, or traded for new, 3rd generation stores in excellent locations across the country with attractive lease agreements in place. This segment of our Core portfolio has also diversified to include some established brands in the restaurant sector.
